Most ladies are afraid to take a sip of wine on their big day because they fear ruining their wedding dress. However, one Australian bride leapt into the sea without so much as blinking an eye. According to ABC News, a bride, groom and their wedding party were taking photos on a jetty in Adelaide when they noticed a woman bobbing in the water. In an instant, the entire gang was in the sea, doing their best to bring her to safety.
Shane Daw of Surf Life Saving South Australia spoke with the news source about the group's bravery. "She's very lucky that the bridal party was there and they acted quickly and got her to the shallows and then also very lucky that there was surf life savers there who were able to assist," he told the news outlet.
The 55-year-old woman eventually regained consciousness and is now recovering from her injuries. As for Daw, it appears as though he's in awe of the group's quick-thinking. "They did a fantastic job," he told the news outlet.
