Just when you thought things couldn't get any worse, Bridalplasty features brides-to-be competing to win plastic surgery procedures. Shocking? There's more. The worst part of it all is that the post surgery bride will be revealed to the groom at the altar. The show will feature brides-to-be competing against each other in wedding theme based challenges like writing vows and planning honeymoons in order to win "extensive surgical procedures."The last bride standing will win a "dream wedding" and a plastic surgery procedure from her "wish list" which will be revealed to her friends, family and the groom at the altar.

"Viewers will witness his emotional and possibly shocked reaction as they stand at the altar and he lifts her veil to see her for the first time following her extreme plastic surgery," E! told hollywoodreporter. Celebrity surgeon Terry Dubrow will lend his expertise to the procedures.
